IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Applications must be received no later than 24th July 2010.
All cancellations prior to this date will incur a £5 admin charge. All cancellations after 24th July are non-refundable.
Applications are non-transferable
2. No application will be accepted without full payment (minimum £90 – donations welcome) and proof of ID (photocopy of a recent photographic ID eg. Passport, Drivers license card etc – no other forms of ID will be accepted).
3. Please read the 'Legal Stuff' section before signing the application form.
4. Cheques are to be made payable to Sikhi Camp.
5. Further details will be notified by email (unless no email address is provided) once your application is received.
